How do I reserve my date?

Simply select your pieces and complete your booking online.  Once submitted, we’ll personally confirm your date and follow up to coordinate delivery details.

What is the minimum booking?

We require a minimum rental of $700 per event, exclusive of delivery to ensure a cohesive and thoughtfully styled setup.

 

How does delivery work?

Our team handles both delivery and pickup. We’ll coordinate a delivery window with you in advance, typically arriving the day before your event and returning after.

 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We recommend someone be present, but if access and placement details are clearly arranged in advance, we can coordinate accordingly.

 

How long do we have the furniture?

All rentals are based on your event date, with a standard 24-hour rental period. Delivery and pick up timing is arranged to make the experience feel seamless and stress-free.

What happens if it rains?

Our rentals are available rain or shine. We recommend having a backup plan in place, as we’re unable to offer cancellations due to weather,   If needed, we're always happy to work with you to reschedule your event date based on availability.

 

Are the pieces suitable for outdoor use?

Yes - all items are designed for outdoor use.  Normal weather conditions, including light or overnight rain, are completely acceptable during your rental period.  We do ask that they are treated with care and reasonably protected in the event of significant weather.  In the event of higher winds, we recommend closing the umbrellas to ensure everything remains secure.

Can I rent individual pieces?

Yes — our collection is designed so you can rent individual pieces directly through the website.  However, all bookings must meet our minimum rental requirement. We recommend starting with the Coastal Lounge and layering additional pieces from there to create a cohesive setting.

 

Do you offer custom setups?

Yes — our offerings are designed to be flexible. You can build your own setup by selecting a main collection and adding additional pieces à la carte to suit your space and style.

 

Signature Details

Each rental includes a few thoughtful details to elevate your gathering: our signature umbrella, a beverage tub, a bocce ball set, festive cocktail napkins, styled accents, and a coastal floral arrangement. These elements are designed to complete the setting and create an effortless hosting experience.  We may throw in extras for the day in addition to these depending on availability.

Do you help with styling?

Yes — all pieces are thoughtfully placed upon delivery to create a cohesive and elevated setting.  While we don’t offer full event coordination at this time, we ensure everything feels intentional and beautifully arranged.

 

What areas do you serve?

We are based in East Greenwich and serve coastal Southern Rhode Island, including the surrounding shoreline communities. Delivery is included within our immediate service area.  Locations outside this range may be accommodated with an adjusted delivery fee based on distance.  If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to confirm availability for your location.
